TCC is Actively Looking for an “HR & OD Specialist” (Female only) for our client located in Garden Town, Lahore. The candidate must have the following skills requirements. The client would be paying a market-competitive salary with the perks & benefits.
Job Description
Ø Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Ø Sourcing, CV shortlisting, schedule interviews, managing correspondence & liaison with candidates.
Ø Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance.
Ø Being on a constant lookout for seriously talented people by developing and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
Ø Maintaining courteous communication with prospective candidates to foster long-term relationships.
Ø Really understands what sort of talent the company is looking for and prioritizes recruitment efforts based on those requirements.
Ø Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives & create liaison with career placement cells.
Ø Ensuring that accurate job descriptions (JDs) are in place.
Requirements
Ø Bachelor / Masters in CS/HRM/Business Management
Ø Must have strong knowledge of OD & Policymaking
Ø 4+ years relevant experience preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Ø You must know the recruiting cycle inside out. By recruiting cycle, we mean sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating compensation, the whole nine yards.
Ø You must be professionally well-connected and be cool with using outside sources to locate key prospective candidates.
Ø Multi-tasking & positive attitude with high work ethics.
Ø Tech-savvy
Ø High-level proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ø Excellent verbal & written communication skills.?
Salary: 60,000 up to 80,000K
