1. HR Administrative Assistant:(No. of Positions-02)
a. Required Experience: Must have 06 months to 2 years of proven experience
b. Required Qualification: Bachelor’s in HR or any other relevant discipline. Master's is preferred. Having a Diploma/Certification would be a Plus.
c. Technical and Soft Skills: Hand-on experience with HR software, like HRIS/HRMS/HCMS or managing the data in any other DBMS. Should have exposure in managing the data using Ms. Office 365 tools such as Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Outlook, One Drive, etc. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. 2. HR Executive: (No. of Positions-01)
a. Required Experience: Must have 02 -04 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role. Should poses extensive experience with full-cycle recruiting, Onboarding of New inducts, labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance, etc.
b. Required Qualification: Bachelor’s in HR or any other relevant discipline. Master's is preferred. Having a Diploma/Certification would be a Plus.
c. Technical and Soft Skills: Should have exposure in managing the data using Ms. Office 365 tools such as Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Outlook, One Drive, etc. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
